Supplier failure cover pays for the cost of your NEW HOLIDAY if any of the suppliers of your original holiday fails. It is a sort of ‘new for old’ cover.

All holiday components are covered and the consumer can claim for one or more in the event of a failure.

If a customer’s flight is cancelled and no alternative offered within 12 hours then a replacement ticket can be purchased up to £1,000. Where the airline fails and other components are booked, they are also covered. This product covers all airlines, including scheduled and low cost, and for the replacement ticket will pay up to £1,000 as opposed to the value of the ticket actually purchased.
